After waiting an hour they only brought 2 they said that was the max our room could get. you have to call housekeeping and beg for them. Those luxury bath robes they claim to have. the outlets in the room were filthy for some reason. the furniture and tables were chipped and badly scracthed. they would give us accommodations for 5 even though we booked for 5. then off to a walmart miles away to buy a air mattress. the sliding glass door to the bathroom was broken and had to wait on maintenance to come fix it. the front desk refused to get us a roll away bed, the said it was a fire hazard. upon entering the room it was only able to accommodate 4. we had 5 in our family and the room was booked for 5 ppl. This does not live up to the hard rock brand.
